Our Tenant Find service includes:

  • Free market rental appraisal
  • Advice on any works that may be required in order to achieve the best rental possible
  • Advertising of the property via our website, Jersey Evening Post, Facebook, JT Insight, Jersey Property App, Places.je and mailouts to our database of applicants
  • Carrying out accompanied viewings
  • Providing regular feedback
  • Negotiation regarding terms of tenancy
  • Carrying out credit checks and collecting in references on all potential tenants
  • Preparing the lease agreement to your satisfaction
  • Administering tenant deposits via “my deposit”
  • Carry out a photographic inventory and condition report
  • Settling tenants into the property

Should you choose to keep the property with us our Full Management Service includes:

  • Registering the tenancy deposit with My Deposits Jersey
  • Rent collection with funds transferred into your account each month
  • No fee charged throughout vacant periods
  • All tenant contact relating to the property/tenancy
  • Administering any required minor works/repairs up to an amount to be agreed with yourself
  • Keeping you updated of any larger works required at the property and arranging quotes for your approval
  • Arranging access for contractors when required
  • Annual Inspections of the Property
  • Lease renewals
  • Annual rent reviews
  • Continuing expert advice as necessary
  • Quarterly/monthly rental statements
  • Exit inspection with your tenant to include hand over of keys and a detailed schedule of condition report
