Housing Trust Property Management Support

The appointed candidate will have an opportunity to manage a small but varied property portfolio and be able to support the Housing Trust Property Managers by interacting professionally at all levels with clients, tenants and contractors, dealing with all aspects of general administration on behalf of the Trust, including repairs.
Our aim is to provide the best customer service excellence experience and working as an integral team player is paramount. The successful candidate will become fully aware of the Trusts and Tenants needs as a team by providing proven, excellent communication skills, both written and verbal and providing the best, efficient customer service experience.
